• 3–6 years of experience in Service Design, CX, or UX Strategy. Logistics / Operations is a plus.

• You’re experienced in mapping and improving complex systems and services.

• You live in the Netherlands.

• You combine qualitative insights, data, and creativity to make things better.

• You’re a confident facilitator who enjoys co-creating with different teams.

• You know how to measure the impact of your work on customer experience and business results.

• You’re fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
