You recognize and implement opportunities, remove obstacles and accelerate the execution of plans within the Coolblue organization in order to achieve the goals for Coolblue Germany and to grow. You enjoy doing this

  • To be the contact person for all of our departments in the Coolblue organization in the head office and to ensure that Coolblue is doing everything internally to ensure that Germany grows and that each department does its best to improve our service in Germany.
  • Leading the German Scale Up Team which consists of our German customer journey specialists and business analysts, among others.
  • To transfer together with your team, market and customer trends in relevant measures as part of the company-wide strategy and initiate and support projects that help the company to achieve its goals

You recognize yourself in the following

  • You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on economics, marketing, sales or likewise
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the B2C area, in an e-commerce or start-up environment; first leadership experience is an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action
  • Able to implement creative solutions, analyze and question old processes
  • You can present your ideas to your stakeholders in a well-structured way and you address their perspectives in order to proactively find a solution
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Energetic and motivated team player with a passion for the German customer journey from Coolblue

    We adhere to the recommendations and guidelines of RIVM and the government, of course. This means that all colleagues from the main office work from home as much as possible. The interviews for your application will also take place via video calls.

    We’d be happy to have you at the office on your first day. So we can drink a cup of coffee and get to know each other a little better. At an appropriate distance, of course.

    With over 30 training courses in our own Coolblue University, you can get a little bit better every day. At Coolblue, we go back to school sometimes. But not by sitting there quietly and just listening. The training courses aren't boring, but interactive. You have to do exercises and have discussions with others. At the Coolblue University, we choose what we want to learn, so we can continue to develop en become real experts. For example, a Delivery Driver needs different training courses than a Customer Service Employe and a starter needs different courses than a manager.
