    A day at the office

You grab a cup of coffee and  join the demo of the Upsell & Select Domain. Happy with the results you meet up with Jan, the Domain Boss of the Filter & Search domain, to go over the planned roadmap for the next 9 months. One of the biggest desired functionalities is the implementation of machine learning in the search bar. This requires a skillset that isn't currently available in your development group, so you'll have to recruit a new colleague.

Whew, it's already lunchtime. While outside, you share your thoughts on reducing the operational cost of an application with one of the team leads. After lunch,  you check the telemetry of the applications in your development group.

Time to relax.  After a game of pool with your colleagues, you spend rest of the afternoon on recruiting new talent. You review the applicants for the open positions in your development group with our Tech Recruiter, Martijn. At  the end of the day you have a first Skype interview with a candidate from Brazil for the C# developer position. After that, it's time to go home!
