This requires a skillset that isn't currently available in your development group, so you'll have to recruit a new colleague.

Time to relax. After a game of pool with your colleagues, you spend rest of the afternoon on recruiting new talent. At the end of the day you have a first Skype interview with a candidate from Brazil for the C# developer position. After that, it's time to go home!
You’re smart and you have a way to prove it. It's a nice to have if you have a University-level degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Mathematics.
You have a minimum of five years experience as a technical leader of development teams and are able to demonstrate strong people skills.
You have experience as a hiring manager and onboarding new team members.
You're experienced in coaching and improving the leadership skills of your Team leads.
You possess solid engineering skills and a proven track record as a developer.
