From Project Management to Leadership Training, there’s something available for everyone. Coolbluers learn in ‘Time Management’ how to better manage their time, and in ‘Interviewing Heroes’ how to conduct a job interview. The latter training teaches you how to structure a conversation and how to recognize a new teammate who’d be a great addition to your team. If you’re curious to know where Coolblue’s unique and creative writing style comes from, you can attend the ‘Writing: Coolblue Style’ training. We make sure the private details of colleagues and customers are really private, Coolbluers can complete the ‘Data Do’s & Don’ts’ training to be fully up to date on the latest GDPR regulations.
All our training courses are adjusted depending on Coolbluers’ training needs. After every training, participants receive a feedback form so they can assess the length and content of the training, as well as the trainer’s knowledge. This results in an NPS score, which helps the University make the courses a little bit better every day.
If Coolblue University doesn’t have a certain training available, Coolbluers may suggest to add one to the training package, in consultation with the Learning & Development department. Not all the suggestions make the cut though. ‘Disney villains 101’, ‘Karaoke for beginners,’ and ‘Wine tasting’ aren’t part of the course overview (just yet).
